General Questions
What age can children start swimming lessons?
We generally recommend starting swimming lessons around age 5, especially for children who have already started Junior Kindergarten (JK), as they are usually better able to follow instructions and participate independently.
Do swimmers need previous experience?
No. We offer programs for beginners to competitive swimmers.
How do I know my child’s swimming level?
If your child already has swimming experience or a level recommendation, we suggest booking a free assessment. Our coaches can help assess your child’s level during the first class or through a free assessment, which usually takes about 5–10 minutes.
What is the student-to-coach ratio?
For instructional groups below Level 6, the maximum student-to-coach ratio is 1:4 to ensure swimmers receive sufficient attention and support during lessons.
What should swimmers bring to class?
Please bring:
Swimsuit
Goggles (please check that they fit properly and do not leak)
Swim cap (recommended for long hair)
Towel
Indoor sandals/slippers
Do parents stay during lessons?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay and watch from the viewing area if the facility allows. Please change into indoor shoes before entering the pool area.
📅 Registration & Scheduling
How do I register?
Registration can be completed through our online Google Form or by contacting us directly.
Can I join after the term starts?
Yes, if space is available. Fees may be prorated depending on the remaining classes.
Do you offer make-up classes?
We kindly allow up to two make-up classes per term (excluding the summer term), and we appreciate your understanding that all make-up classes should be completed within the same term.
What happens if the pool closes unexpectedly?
If the facility cancels a class due to weather or maintenance, a credit or make-up class will be provided, and make-up classes are not limited to the current term.
Can I switch class times?
Schedule changes depend on availability.
💳 Payment & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept e-transfer and cash.
Are fees refundable?
Once the term begins, fees are generally non-refundable.
Can unused classes be carried forward?
Unused classes are usually not transferable unless approved due to special circumstances.
What if my child is sick and unable to attend classes?b
Credits for missed classes due to illness may be considered with a doctor’s note. The medical note must clearly indicate the period during which the swimmer is unable to attend classes.

Yes. We offer advanced and competitive training for swimmers interested in swim meets and performance improvement.
Does my child need competition experience to join the team?

Technique, consistency, endurance, listening skills, and positive attitude are all important.
